Please read carefully before agreeing.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit holds your place on a litter list and is applied toward the puppy purchase price.
Litter timing: Litter due dates and pickup dates can move. We will keep you informed of changes as they arise.
Visitation: Families are typically invited to visit around week 5. Pickup is generally around 7 weeks of age (or as advised for that litter).
Boarding: If you cannot pick up on the scheduled date, boarding is available at $150 per week (or portion thereof), subject to space.
Payment: Remaining balance is due at or before pickup (or as otherwise arranged). Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with Denise.
Vaccines & health: Puppies leave with age-appropriate vaccines and a health check. Continue the vaccine and preventative schedule with your veterinarian.
Genetic health guarantee: A 12-month genetic health guarantee applies as described in your purchase agreement. This does not cover accidents, neglect, or routine care.
Spay / neuter: Unless breeding rights are purchased, puppies must be spayed or neutered by approximately 12 months of age. Proof may be requested.
Breeding rights: Full breeding rights, when available, are an additional $1,500 and must be arranged in writing before pickup.
F1 / F1B note: Coat, shedding, and size can vary within a litter. F1 and F1B doodles are not purebred Poodles, Goldens, or Bernese; temperament and appearance vary. We breed for health and temperament and do not guarantee a specific coat type or “hypoallergenic” outcome.
